Our services are for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be considered as medical, psychological, or professional advice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

7. Payment Terms and Refunds

For paid services and products:

• Payment is required before service delivery or product shipment
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Custom crystal consultations are non-refundable once delivered
• Physical products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition
• Digital content and test results are non-refundable
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suhe Crystal and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Suhe Crystal operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
